Quark Piezoelectric Valve Kit
The high-precision piezoelectric jet valve, independently developed by Quark Research Institute, utilizes an advanced piezoelectric ceramic drive mechanism. It achieves a dispensing accuracy of ±1%, a minimum single-droplet volume of 0.1 nl, and can process fluids with viscosities ranging from 1 to 200,000 mPa·s. It excels at dispensing straight lines, arcs, and complex patterns with minimal issues like splatter or irregular dot shapes. Its superior performance and precise fluid control technology have earned consistent praise within the industry.
Furthermore, the DOT Series Non-Contact Piezoelectric Jetting System can be freely configured with high-performance modules such as valve controllers, heating controllers, and heating units for liquid reservoirs, adhesive barrels, and supply lines, along with a wide selection of accessories including various specifications of needles and nozzles. A previous version of the piezoelectric valve used for silver adhesive dispensing on LCD panels has operated stably on a customer’s production line for over 25,000 hours, achieving no fewer than 1 billion dispensing cycles while maintaining high-quality process performance.
