High-Precision Fluid Control Core Components
Precision Micro-Fluid Control, Pushing the Limits of Processes
As electronic products become increasingly compact and feature-rich, driven by demands for miniaturization and high reliability, the process requirements for structural component packaging and soldering have become exceptionally stringent. Traditional SMT solder paste printing processes face new challenges when encountering electronic products with limited internal space or complex angles, creating a demand for solder paste dispensing as an alternative.

In this context, Quark Research Institute's independently developed DOT Series piezoelectric jet valve family welcomes a new member—the DOT V60 Solder Paste Piezoelectric Valve. It has officially passed multiple rounds of performance and mass production testing and will make its grand debut at NEPCON Asia (Asia's Electronics Production Equipment & Microelectronics Industry Exhibition) in Shenzhen from November 6th to 8th.
Quark's newly launched DOT V60 Solder Paste Piezoelectric Jet Valve incorporates multiple core patents from independent R&D, providing a professional solution for precision solder paste processes, specifically for micro soldering applications. It is compatible with domestic Type 6 and finer solder pastes, achieving line widths under 300µm and a minimum dot diameter of 240µm.

A Solder Paste Valve with Superior Consumables Cost-Effectiveness
It is well-known within the industry that solder paste is an expensive fluid medium. Due to the first-mover advantage and technical barriers in foreign solder paste material R&D, there is a significant price gap—often several times—between imported and domestic solder pastes. For industries like semiconductors, which have rigid demands for solder paste dispensing, this is undoubtedly a key focus area for cost control.
Quark's meticulously engineered DOT V60 Solder Paste Valve not only achieves perfect dispensing with imported pastes but also maintains stable performance with domestic solder pastes, achieving precision line drawing under 300µm. Stable compatibility with domestic solder paste can substantially reduce long-term consumable costs. The video below demonstrates the DOT V60 Solder Paste Valve using domestic Type 6 solder paste for line drawing and dot dispensing on a blade.
As a local professional research institution in precision fluid control technology, Quark Research Institute is committed to exploring optimal precision fluid control solutions for the industry's upstream and downstream partners.
