Pre‑Solder Flux Application
In the soldering process of PV module cells, flux is a key auxiliary material that ensures reliable electrical connections between the solder ribbon and the cell electrodes (silver busbars). It is applied to the ribbon or seed layer before soldering to guarantee stable and reliable bonding.
Adhesive thickness < 0.05mm, minimum glue width 0.25mm
No clogging, breaking, or deposition during prolonged operation
Glue width range < 30μm, CPK > 1.67

PV Module Protection and Fixation
During the assembly of solar cells, UV adhesive is dispensed onto the connection area between the cell main busbars (the fine metal lines that collect current) and the solder ribbons (interconnectors), or onto the cell surface. This provides physical protection, structural fixation, and insulation for components such as ribbons and conductive wires.
