As precision manufacturing demands continue to rise for both efficiency and accuracy, traditional dispensing methods are becoming bottlenecks in terms of space utilization and coordination effectiveness. Highly integrated multi-channel coordinated control is emerging as a key breakthrough direction in the field of precision fluid control.

Addressing multi-valve coordination scenarios, Quark Research Institute innovatively releases the highly integrated eight-channel piezo controller—the DOT C28. It breaks the limitations of the traditional "one valve, one controller" model. A single controller can coordinately operate up to eight valve bodies, meeting the triple upgrade demands for high precision, compactness, and high efficiency with one solution.

  • Space-Saving Design

The DOT C28 supports coordinated control of eight valve bodies. Compared to traditional one-controller-per-valve deployment, it significantly saves space. Furthermore, each channel integrates a heating function, eliminating the need for additional space dedicated to separate heating controllers.

*Adapts to compact equipment layouts

  • Convenient Commissioning

There's no need for repetitive debugging across multiple controllers. The "one-controller-for-eight" integrated DOT C28 handles multi-valve commissioning through a single device. It supports point-to-point debugging for individual valves, making the process more convenient.

*Integrated multi-valve control simplifies debugging

  • User-Friendly Interface

Following the previous generation's interface design, the DOT C28 also features a full touchscreen. Rotating the knob allows for agile switching between controlled valves. Compared to button-based interactions, parameter adjustment is more responsive. The clean, intuitive UI design is well-suited for multi-valve management needs.

*Full touchscreen operation for convenient parameter adjustment

  • Integrated Heating

Each channel integrates liquid reservoir heating control, supporting point-to-point temperature regulation. Adjusting temperature parameters is straightforward, with support for heating up to 160°C. This meets the requirements for special media like high-viscosity fluids and various heating control scenarios.

*Integrated temperature control

  • Flexible Deployment

Currently, the DOT C28 supports personalized deployment based on actual scenarios, enabling integrated control of up to eight dispensing valves. Simultaneously, its equally superior fluid control capability meets the high-quality dispensing needs of different industries and various media.

*Flexibly adapts to the number of valve bodies

Additionally, for complex scenarios such as long production lines or multiple dispensing points, the new DOT C28 comes equipped with remote operation and control functionality, helping to comprehensively enhance production efficiency.

Currently, Quark Research Institute's high-integration control application suite is already widely used in industry scenarios with high demands for efficiency gains, such as photovoltaics, 3C assembly, and SMT/PCB. It meets high-precision dispensing requirements while adding a high-efficiency "BUFF".
